Arrival – July 15 no earlier than noon and must be on the grounds by Sunday by 6pm.  If coming from another show and need will have a late arrival, please contact Dawn Conrad to make arrangements.

Lodging –   Camping sites are available at the fairgrounds.  Please reserve and pay through the Dodge County Fairgrounds website.  Rooms are available under a block at the AmericInn in Beaver Dam (920-306-2067)

Health Checks – All out-of-state exhibitors must have health certificate/interstate health certificates accompanying animals at time of check in.  Please make sure all signatures are on paperwork including the vet and the owner.  We will make copies for our file.

Bedding – Shavings will not be provided at the show.  Two local sources to contact for arrangements are: Beaver Dam Fleet Farm (920-885-9787) and Voight Farm Supply (920-210-1646)

Sponsorship – We are still in need of general show sponsorship and show coverage sponsorship – Please reach out to Dawn Conrad if you would like to sponsor. 

Other Information – Exhibitor meeting will be Monday at noon with a meal.  Judging nominations and voting for next year’s show will take place at this time.
